How to Use



1. Grasp the armrest with both hands, place the neck on the sunken area of the panel, and stabilize the shoulders.



2. Step your legs straight, stand on tiptoe, and store energy upwards.



3. Bend both knees, fold towards the chest, concentrate your strength, and stabilize your balance.



4. Slowly straighten your legs.
